 Viewing your Multimedia Video Productions

We strongly suggest that you store all your ImageEssence Video Productions in a directory of choice on your computer, an external drive, or USB Flash Drive for safe keeping. We do not replace lost files once the customer receives their ImageEssence Flash Drive order.

All our Multimedia Video Productions are formatted in High Definition 1920x1080-60fps.mp4 (MPEG-4-H.264) or 4K UHD 3840×2160-30fps.mp4 (HEVC H.265) formats. MP4 is a common video file format used for downloading and streaming videos on the internet. These files support a high degree of compression, meaning the file sizes can be greatly reduced while still retaining almost all their original quality. MP4 files are a portable and web-friendly video format. The MP4 file is a standardized file format for video, so almost all modern video media players will support this format.

Our Multimedia Video Productions are best viewed on a smart HDTV with a HDMI video connector. Plug the ImageEssence Flash Drive into the HDMI video connector on the back of your HDTV. Using your remote controller software, select the port where the files are located, and then select the videos you wish to view. Most Smart HDTVs allow the user to select a single file to be viewed, or continuous viewing. Enjoy many carefree hours of entertainment.

To open a file, double-click your video, and it will open with your operating system’s default media player. If you are not able to view an MP4 video file on your computer, check the computer /media player software for any updates, and check if it has the proper video codec installed.
